Ingredients

Method

  1. In the bowl of a mixer, beat the milk and protein powder.
  2. Add pudding mixture and beat on medium-low speed for 5 minutes until pudding thickens. Cover and cool.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Unwrap the Quest Bars and place them side by side on a piece of parchment paper.
  5. Microwave for 10 seconds and then cover with another piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a thin disk.
  6. Use a cactus cookie cutter to cut out 5 cookies. Place them on the baking sheet along with any leftover scraps and bake for 6-7 minutes. Let cool.
  7. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Add the green food coloring.
  8. Dip each cactus in the white chocolate. Chill until chocolate is solid.
  9. Divide the pudding among 5 small bowls. Crumble the cookie scraps over each pudding bowl and top with a cookie cactus. Attend.
