Comment of the week

“Good article. I love and hate this app. I haven’t curated my photos at all. When my kids were growing up, we shared the same photo folder, so I still have all their youthful perspectives on the trips we took, the random things we found , the funny little photos from a child’s perspective. So I love it for this mental trip to the past. But I also hate it. My children are older: they are not old enough to understand the world independently, but they are not young enough either to share my iPhoto app. Life is at a crossroads for me as a parent and sometimes I hate photos that remind me of this lost past. Both tears of joy and sadness.

-It can be difficult. Hold on and know that without pain there is no joy..
