Ingredients

- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon Quest Protein Powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of sea salt
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate pancakes:
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, tapioca flour, protein, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce and vanilla.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until there are no dry spots.
- Cook the pancakes on a griddle over medium heat until cooked through and serve hot.
