Ingredients

QUEST PROTEIN CREPES

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon Quest Protein Powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate pancakes:

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, tapioca flour, protein, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce and vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until there are no dry spots.
  4. Cook the pancakes on a griddle over medium heat until cooked through and serve hot.
