Hello friends! Happy Friday! What are you doing this weekend? I’m looking forward to a yoga class, dinner with the family, and a *nothing* weekend after 4 straight weeks of trips to Phoenix, Vegas, San Diego, and then back to Phoenix this past weekend. Although we had a great time, it will be nice to spend a quiet weekend at home.
Last week’s adventure: taking Liv to see Olivia Rodrigo! This was one of her Christmas gifts from her and she was looking forward to it. (I felt bad that the four of us couldn’t go, but it was a fight for my life to get both tickets when the pre-sale started!) P had father-daughter adventures at the bowling alley and the arcade with friends.
Olivia Rodrigo was incredible. I really like her voice (Liv is a HUGE fan) and I was impressed by the talent, the quality of the production, and the dancers. I liked it even more than Taylor Swift (don’t throw anything at me!)
We went with friends, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rest of the week has been filled with things around the house (I can’t wait to show you the final result) and the usual craziness of school, dance, work, housework, and life.
It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and from around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so shout out something you like in the comments section below.
Read, watch, listen:
Listening to this podcast episode as I write this post.
Don’t forget to watch this week’s HRL episode featuring Udo Erasmus’ 8-step process for holistic health.
On a mission to help Mazer live forever.
How a small habit can change your life.
Health + Fitness:
I put on a new CGM and it’s been fun to check things out and get new data. I was interested to see how I responded to the huge increase in beans in my life: I eat beans for lunch or dinner every day. CBO protocol! – and has remained stable. If you are curious to try Nutrisense, I highly recommend it. It’s amazing to see how our bodies respond to food, exercise, sleep, and stress, and your RDs help you analyze the data, provide advice, and conduct experiments. You can check out my full post here and use code GINA50 here to try it.
(I made these sweet potato and chickpea tortillas with equal parts cooked sweet potato and chickpea flour. I cooked them in a little coconut oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Make sure to use wet hands to form the disks.)
Fashion + beauty:
This Madewell dress! I tried to put it on the other day and then it started pouring rain. Fortunately spring is just around the corner.
February Reader Favorites. It’s always fun to check out the reviews and see which products you enjoyed the most this month that I shared on the blog.
Here are February’s best options:
This nap dress is a scam. I have it in tan color and I want another color.
The best retainer cleaner. If you wear Invisalign or a retainer, you need it. It’s much less expensive than some versions and works extremely well. It’s also small enough for travel.
This shoe spray. This is my holy grail for sneakers (especially for kids). I also used it on Liv’s printed white backpack before school started and she still looks brand new.
This little rebounder. It’s a really fun way to support your lymphatic system and I love jumping in for 5-10 minutes each day.
This one piece swimsuit with square neck. The perfect swimsuit for mom.
These slides are surprisingly neutral and lovely for spring/summer.
My favorite runners for life and travel.
This one piece jumpsuit in so many gorgeous colors.
Something exciting is coming with beauty counter this month!!! Make sure you’re in my newsletter to get the info first!
Happy friday friends! Have a wonderful day and see you soon!

I think every concept you put up in your post is strong and will undoubtedly be implemented. Still, the posts are too brief for inexperienced readers. Would you kindly extend them a little bit from now on? I appreciate the post.
